Hi all my friends, Mom and Dad are back from San Francisco. They had a great time even though the Mets only won 1 out of 4. The pictures above are of Dad and Mets Pitcher R. A. Dickie (one of Mom and Dad’s favorite) and the one of Mom is with Kevin Burkhardt, one of the Mets announcers, also Mom’s favorite. We were there for 5 days and because we walked so very much, Mom is now is a full leg boot up to the left knee. Her Orthopaedic Surgeon said that she has pulled all the muscles in the lower part of her leg. Will be in the boot for a couple of months….Mom says that her leg gets very hot now that the weather is in the 90’s. We hope all our friends are well and enjoying their summer and this very, very hot weather. It is so good to get back home and continue all our regular activities. Thank you for all the barks to us while Mom was away. Thanks everyone for being my friends……Love, Bonito and Lois
